first row from left to right is Sub-Zero, Smoke, Scorpion, Cyrax, Sektor, Strker, Jax, Updated Sonya with Special Forces logo on her back and Kano

second row from left to right is Kinaro, i changed Noob Saibot because it was the same model as baraka, Quan Chi, Kung Lao, Liu Kang, Raiden, Jonny Cage and Kabal

third row from left to right Baraka, Mileena, gave Jade a mask, Kitana, Sindel, Shao Kahn, Shang Tsung and Ermac

fourth row from left to right Rain, Sheeva, Reptile , Skarlet, Mataro, Nightwolf and Kenshi
